I am Alexis Hilton,  a real estate appraiser located in the greater Atlanta area. I started my career in real estate in 2020 becoming a registered appraiser and am now  actively  providing customers with clear understanding of the value of their home.

My mission is to help customers learn the value of their property by providing a credible opinion of value that reflects the current market.

To begin your appraisal you will need to first contact me to determine your need and scope of work. You will then need to order an appraisal and set up a date for the physical inspection.  Once the inspection has been completed  the appraiser will then do research and the analysis; when the report is finished the appraiser will deliver the final report to the customer.
